Who gives a … Who gives a about backwards compatibility. I bought a PS3 to play PS3 games. If I wanted to play PS2 games, then I’ll obviously use my PS2.

@thejon2280 no in … @thejon2280 no in the UK it want 60gb with BC then the 40gb without then the 80gb again without. i had a xbox 360 at first but the discs start getting chips taken out of them so i traded it in with my games and got a ps3 and now i have the best console for me.

@Dazzler2408 and … @Dazzler2408 and further more yes i do agree we paid more for less of what you would of got elsewhere but is it the price point we are really arguing about here? personally i dont mind not being able to play pre gen on current gen machines seeing as i still have a fat and slim ps2 in storage after all the ps2 is cheaper and if you wanted too play ps2 games you should really of bought the cheaper alternative nobody in there right mind pays 299 for a ps3 too play ps2 its just wrong!

@Dazzler2408 yes we … @Dazzler2408 yes we was the last ones to get hold of the ps3 …. except for Australia.(them fukrs still getting boned over games and console releases as we speak) a lot of games dont even make it too the UK~ Demon soul’s for example and tales of vesperia NA version never released all we can do is import games that we cant get at the moment or will never get cause our market for gaming isnt big enough over here.

But there’s not a lot that can be done, Microsoft and Nintendo do the same. They seem to think that 1€ = 1$

I get what you mean with the BC but why did we in the UK pay the same money as USA and Japan for less of the machine thats what me off but now with all the great games its not really an issue for me.

@Eddiepsp Everyone … @Eddiepsp Everyone knew it was only a matter of time before the PSPGO got hacked. Why? Because the hackers had the root key, something Sony CAN’T change or else the PSPGO wouldn’t be able to read old software.
With the PS3 they have no root key and the PS3 will not run ANY code without it. So this is my last reply to you as i’m tired of arguing with someone who know little about what they’re talking about.
